Abstract
To change the DC voltage from radio frequency signal (800 MHz) of on-chip reception antenna was successful. As a result, the rectifier using on-chip antenna was possible to supply power of 1.9 V / 1 mA at the distance of 3 cm. It was confirmed that fabricated touch driven oscillator (TDO) operated successfully, when the finger with the conductive part touched. The carrier of 300 MHz is transmitted through the on-chip transmission antenna, when the finger touched between the two metal electrodes. Utilization of the on-chip transmission and reception antenna allows realizing the wireless battery-free touch driven oscillator. The proposed wireless battery-free touch driven oscillator with on-chip antennas are expected to apply to the wireless applications.
