  • Abstract
This paper deals with a method of modelling and design of a frequency stabilization system using a dual mode crystal oscillator with AT-cut resonator and IR heater. The main goal of the modeling has been to determine a relation among time constants and thermal parameters of a couple IR heater-quartz resonator and variable parameters of a control feedback circuit. For this purpose described method employs experimental access to obtain the thermal transfer characteristic of the pair heater-quartz and identification approach which allows to create a nonlinear differential equation of the second or higher order. Computer simulations have been provided on a base of this differential equation with assistance of program Mathcad
