Abstract :
We consider the information system as a computerized materialization of the collective intelligence of the institution. From this point of view, the information system design process is a collective, progressive, learning process where evolution takes a central role. We examine the needs and the pitfalls of this process and we propound methodological bases for the design and the evolution management of an information system
