Abstract :
The human body, a partial electromagnetic compatibility system, was facing the harassment challenge of environmental electromagnetic waves. For the more thorough understanding of electromagnetic wave biological effect, this article constructed three media models of the human body, and discussed the energy loss conditions in several media and the relations between the incident and refracted electromagnetic waves. And then each layer´ s theoretical expressions of reflect and transmit´ s coefficient was worked out by using analytical method. Finally, the concrete electromagnetic environment was discussed, and the result of specific absorption rate was given in this paper.
