Abstract
The transporting girder vehicle plays an important role in construction of high-speed railway, which can carry 9000 kN load and adopts the suspension hydraulic system as its support. Anti-exploding valve preventing overload becomes the key component in the hydraulic system. Present paper analysis the working mechanism of traditional anti-exploding valve and found that the valve cannot satisfy the reliability requirements for the vehicle. Based on the reliability redundancy demand, a new kind of anti-exploding valve is designed, which adopts the double-pipe structure and improved the reliability of the hydraulic component, solved the problem due to the burst of the hydraulic hose. The reliability of the new anti-exploding valve was proved by the vehicle test.
