Abstract
This paper defines that the development of VCD industry experienced complete evolution process in disruptive innovation and the disruptive innovation promoted rapid growth of this industry in turn through case study. Furthermore, this paper deems that the disruptive innovation is one of effective ways for a developing country to upgrade it´s industry, and this has a positive enlightenment in the growth of local industry.
