Abstract :
On behalf of the Technical Program Committee, welcome to the 2010 IEEE Radio Frequency Integrated Circuits (RFIC) Symposium. This is a leading-edge IEEE technical conference dedicated to the advancement of integrated circuits and sub-systems for RF, wireless, broadband communications, and many other emerging applications. The RFIC Technical Program Committee has worked diligently to select the best papers and assemble an excellent technical program this year. The symposium´s main features include several tutorial workshops, a Plenary Session, an Interactive Forum and numerous technical paper sessions. This year the RFIC Symposium begins on Sunday, May 23rd with workshops at the advanced and tutorial level addressing topics which challenge present day RF IC designers with respect to design techniques in advanced silicon technologies, design and integration of ICs for new emerging wireless application and the latest advances in circuit and system simulation. The Plenary Session will be held on Sunday evening, following the workshops, at which time the General Chair will present best paper awards to the top three student manuscripts of this year´s conference.
