Abstract
Starting from a view of individual decision processes seen as a loop between concrete action and mental representations, the authors define organizational intelligence as the effective building and sharing of representations between individuals, groups and organization. Information and communication technology can provide support at the representational, informational and decisional levels. Illustrating it with an example on concept structuring, the authors end up with some issues on technology acceptance and functional requirements
