Research on the Development Countermeasure of China in the Context of Global Informatization

Because whether China can change the role on global stage has important means in the background of information technology revolution, this paper discusses the development countermeasure of China. The paper contains three parts, firstly, the author introduces the concept of informatization by reviewing Chinese achievements in informatization and discussing the potential of informatization development in the beginning of the paper. Secondly, the author analyzes the "Three Obtaining" strategy in the developed countries, which has a referential and practical significance to China. Thirdly, the author draws a comparatively feasible blueprint for its future development in the end.
