Abstract :
As an important component of female migrant worker group in China, female migrant workers are playing a significant role in economic and social development. However, their social security has become an obstacle in their work and daily life. Analysis of current social security situation of female migrant workers and establishment of social security system for them would positively promote reasonable transfer of rural female human resources in China.
