  • Abstract
The rapid development of e-commerce has given birth to the powerful global trading platforms. At the same time, the development of the traditional international trade center is limited by the constraint of the city. As a new international trade center form, the Virtual International Trade Center (VITC) is beginning to reveal its clues. On the basis of the theory of e-commerce and International Trade Center, this paper puts forward the essential condition to construct a Virtual International Trade Center. Following some principles, this paper builds a conceptual model of the Virtual International Trade Center and analyzes its internal function modules. At the end of the article, the support elements of building and running the Virtual International Trade Center are proposed and then the conclusion is reached.
