  • Abstract
    A novel, all polymer, integrated micro-system, which realizes a two-dimensional (2D) display by integrating a one-dimensional (1D) array of polymer light emitting diodes (PLEDs) with a polymer scanner of micro electro-mechanical system (MEMS) is presented.
