Abstract
We believe there is a coming nexus of wind and solar resources connecting to the interstate electric superhighway. There are many regions in the United States where that might happen. We believe potential exists in the Oklahoma panhandle region for this confluence of sustainable resources to flourish. A primary restriction is the lack of transportation to markets. We propose that the interstate electric superhighway construction begin soon in this region. The crossroads of the energy future is waiting.
