Abstract :
According to the meaning of harmonious society´s stratagem and with the actual situation of China at present, this paper establishes an index system to supervise the harmonious grade of region society development, and then develops a grey clustering method to appraise the harmonious society for region. Finally, a case is employed with the supervising index system and the model to illustrate and analyse.
