Abstract
This paper is part of a special panel session on NSF-CAREER proposals and awards. The author is a CAREER recipient and reviewer. After a brief discussion of the authorpsilas own proposal, the paper offers some advice to young investigators on how to write a strong NSF-CAREER proposal.
