The Strategic Study of IT Applicatio Based on Innovation Diffusion Theory

Innovation diffusion theory has been widely applied in the field, now it is being more and more attention at home and abroad. Using the Innovation Diffusion Theory as a guide, this paper analyses the key factors which has the influence on the application of information technology (IT), and explores the workable information technology diffusion strategies based on the IT application survey and analysis. The goal of the research is to gain the useful practical inspiration and to provide important reference for the fast effective IT application.
