Abstract :
What kind of impacts standard have on technology innovation and how technology standard affect technology innovation have attracted more and more attention. This paper mainly has a selective review of standard on technology innovation from the standpoint of theoretical research and empirical research and points out some important topics which have left untouched, but which appreciate for further study.
