Abstract
This paper shows a lab homework assignment about long distance wireless LAN data links taught as part of a course at the Computer Engineering career at the Universidad Nacional de Tucumán. Throughout the paper, analytical estimations are discussed first and, based on them, feasibility analysis of the link is carried on. Then, real tests are made on short and long distance radio links and compared, arriving to important conclusions about the homework and the behavior of wireless radio link.
