Domestic and foreign scholars who use several of methods in the research on business model innovation have achieved great accomplishments, but overall they are still relatively fragmented. Aiming to avoid detours in innovation process and increase innovation efficiency, based on the respective advantages of Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) and Theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ) for business model innovation, a business model innovation model is proposed. Finally, the paper used a case to verify the effectiveness of the model.
