Strengthen the Intellectual Property Protection in Chinese Banking

With reference to the intellectual property in commercial banks, patent right, trade mark right, and copy right are the three main aspects, in the protection of which the Chinese banks have some shortcoming and deficiency. To strengthen the intellectual property protection in Chinese banking, this essay proposes that the banks themselves should improve the interior protection and management systems of intellectual property firstly, which is important and guaranteed. From the whole banking perspective, the enhancement of trade cooperation and the establishment of intellectual property conservation union are essential and strategic. In the aspects of legislation and enforcement, the perfection of the relevant laws and regulations is fundamental and guaranteed to reinforce the protection of intellectual property.
