Abstract :
This paper chooses human resources system frequently overlooked in the ERP project implementation as a major object of study, exploring the application of corporate HRIS (Human Resources Information System) system in the ERP environment, analyzing problems easily happened in the ERP-HR system, putting forward the design idea of ERP-HR system, demonstrating HRIS plays an important role in corporate governance reform based on ERP platform from intrinsic relationships among corporate strategy, human resources management and informatization.
