Abstract
In a highly competitive and fast changing environment, it is increasingly necessary for a firm to implement open innovation. Adopting MK as a case, this paper examines the pattern and outcomes of open innovation. The core process archetype of open innovation in MK is inbound open innovation or outside-in process. We analyze the process and outcome of inbound open innovation in MK.
