The operating model refers to the process model of transforming resources into products and services in business model. In this paper, in the basis of value-increment theory, we propose four main factors of retail enterprises´ operating model, which are operating mode processes, operating methods, operating systems and operating results. The results demonstrate that to find out a suitable business operating model according to the constantly changing environment is now our top priority.
