The Sustainable Development of Railroad Transportation Tempo Based on the Balanced Approach

The fast motion of railroad trains in China which has brought a positive influence to Chinese economics also facilitate economy of the world to a new stage. However, the higher velocity of the trains doesn´t mean that the transportation is better. The Chinese railroad is still groping and developing and the experience of success or failure is worthy of learning for us. In this paper, we mainly make an analysis in the development tempo of railway transportation according to the balanced approach, and in the view of the sustainable development, the most appropriate development tempo of the fast trains is drawn as follows.
