Abstract :
This paper analyzed quasi-steady state principles of PFC (Power Factor Correction) pre-regulator. An integrated circuit chip was design based on quasi-steady state control strategy. It features built-in average current mode control. The whole PFC design is very compact by using this chip. Very good THD performance is achieved.
