Abstract :
In the current society characterized by information intensive environments, enterprises need to adapt and update knowledge to keep their capability of innovation and to maintain their competitive advantages. Organization learning is a key activity to improve enterprises performance and to build their core competitive advantages. This paper presents a perspective on information technology based organizational learning which explores the relationship between organizational learning, knowledge management and organizational innovation. Knowledge management is an important input of organizational learning. Organizational learning is as a key process, and organizational innovation will appear as an outcome. Information technology can be used to encourage and facilitate knowledge management and organizational learning.
