Abstract
This text applied the theory of society networks to enterprise crisis management team, and established the society networks model; the model provided the maneuverability for the manager to improve the operative efficiency of enterprise crisis management team. Managers can improve working efficiency by increasing the network density of the team. According to the members´ position within the network, we can establish their function in the team and divide the roles to make reasonable division of labor and cooperation. The operative efficiency of the enterprise crisis management team can be improved efficiently through these ways.
