Abstract :
Customer Relationship Management builds a kind of platform for enterprise to collect, summarize, analyze and make use of customer-information, which integrates information technology, network technology, database technology. This thesis firstly briefly analyzes the selected topic background, the research significance and development status of CRM system in the world as well as unique characteristics of market in China, talking about jobs and structure of this paper. This system includes contact management, contract management, storage management, finance management, service management, which supply a convenient, efficient, informationzed platform for Anjou Nature Building Materials Trading Co., Ltd, enhancing competitiveness and realizing sustainable development.
