Abstract
Aim at the uncertainty and faintness of image information which are gained with aerial optical-electro sensors. The image fusion method based on D-S evidence theory is brought forward. Firstly, the pretreatment of each image get by corresponding image sensor is carried. Afterwards, the images are compared with every possible image in image database. The basic probability evaluation of every sensor is gained by image matching metric. Lastly, the target recognition result with multi-sensors through the combination rules and decision rules of D-S evidence theory. The simulation results showed that the methods could greatly improve the efficiency of target recognition and decrease the uncertainty of sensor informations.
