The application of the balanced scorecard in performance assessment of knowledge management

Performance assessment of KM is important in the research of knowledge management theory and practice. This paper will make the balanced scorecard apply to the performance assessment of knowledge management on the basis of the analysis of the balanced scorecard and knowledge management. It also carries out the detailed analysis to measure the performance of knowledge management tools from four aspects-the financial, customer, internal processes and learning and growth. At the same time, this paper makes evaluation on this assessment method.
