Abstract

The small watershed in Loess Plateau gully region was selected as the starting point to analyze the human settlements there. Jiangjia River was chosen as a typical case, and the intuitive figures and data were obtained according to the analysis in depth by the enhanced features and functionality of digital technology, and more detailed information was also got for the development planning of the human settlements there, besides, it also applied the theory which could be accorded to for the digitalize of the settlements.
