  • Abstract
Harmonic limits are generally stated in terms of both individual and global values. This paper examines the conceptual basis for various harmonic limits, and the relationship between these limits and several known practical implications of high harmonic levels. Finally, it discusses the relative impacts of the individual and global measures.
