Study on environment-based manufacturing operational management

The fast development of manufacturing industry is greatly driving the Chinese economy. Meanwhile, a series of problems also come into sight, environmental problem has become the primary problem of the present manufacturing industry. The harmony between economic development and environmental protection will inevitably be considered by enterprises. Enterprises must pay more attention to environmental problem during their operations. The operational management of the manufacturing industry is analyzed from three macro-environmental prospective: natural environment, social environment and humanities environment. Some countermeasures are proposed, including green remanufacturing, environment operating, value readjusting and building the corporate culture of people-oriented.
