Abstract :
Web-based technology is increasingly being used for decision support system (DSS) applications. However, evaluation on Web-based DSS is still lack of general consensus about what constitutes decision quality that makes the evaluation of DSS difficult. Web-based survey was conducted to gather opinions, comments and suggestions from the experienced respondents in construction tendering processes. The results show that by using the Web-based DSS, it increases the efficiency of decision-making, improves understanding and increases confidence in the decisions taken.
