Abstract :
In order to improve design, purchase, produce and inventory management efficiency of follow-up products, we present an establishment method of knowledgeable base and a self-learning fuzzy Petri nets (SFPN) model in knowledgeable manufacturing system. The SFPN model store existing products model in knowledge base, while a follow-up product is developed or a new decision is made, the model of existing product can be read, modified and trained, used as that of follow-up product, it can effectively improve the efficiency of enterprise management. A case study of the method to forecasting parts inventory verifies its validity.
