Abstract :
This paper contains technical recommendations for power flow representation of wind power plant (WPP) in large-scale positive-sequence power flow simulations. These guidelines were prepared by the Wind Generator Modeling Group (WGMG) of the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC).
