Abstract :
With the rapid development of intellectual capital studies, it is an indisputable fact that intellectual capital has become an important source of corporate competitiveness. On the basis of the 326 specific questionnaire survey statistics, the impact of the three integral parts of intellectual capital on corporate performance is studied by utilizing Structural Equation Modeling. It is finally verified that relational capital is the most significant factor that impacts on corporate performance, structural capital the second significant one, and human capital the least significant one. Human capital exist its indirect impact on corporate performance through the relational capital and structural capital, rather than direct significant impact on corporate performance. All these three parts have positive impacts on corporate performance.
