Abstract
Future electric lighting will be composed of white LEDs (light emitting diodes). Indoor wireless optical communication system utilizing white LED lights has been proposed and studied. Though the characteristics of the proposed system in LOS (Line-of-Sight) have already been announced in our laboratory, it can be assumed that the effect of the multi-path due to the reflection is appreciable in the high speed communication system. In this paper, we will analyze the performance characteristics of the proposed system in the effect of the multi-path due to the reflection, and show the effectiveness of the system.
