  • Abstract
    This problem of fatigue lifetime of automatic mechanism key components has been widely valued by people, so to develop a kind of fatigue testing machine is important. A scheme regarding impact fatigue testing machine was presented through using impulse theorem and Hertz impact theory. The main parameters of fatigue testing machine were considered. And the dynamic analysis to the airframe result of was obtained by finite element analysis software. In this paper, to design an impact fatigue testing machine, the impact fatigue testing machine will reduce the cost of components and improve the reliability of components design.
