Abstract :
Considering the development of high-tech products, due to its complicated properties, a project planning model based on GERT is studied. By analyzing the GERT network description of WBS items of a product development project, the logical relationship of WBS items are defined and analyzed. Taking this as a core, a research of high-tech product project plan dynamic, product development and a case study are carried out.
