Abstract :
The plane-wave approach has been used to analyze the radiation from H-plane hollow sectoral dielectric horn antennas. Theoretical and experimental radiation patterns at X-band for 20/spl deg/, 30/spl deg/, and 40/spl deg/ flare angles, dielectric thickness of 0.30 cm and 0.44 cm, and axial length of one /spl lambda/ have been obtained.<>
