Abstract :
Lean production is a scientific management model that has been proven by practice, but the lack of implementation manual or guideline has seriously affected its smooth implementation as well as its propagation in China. Because the enterprises don´t know which lean technology or tool has more intimate relation to successful implementation of lean production. In order to make clear the relation between lean technologies and the implementation effect of lean production, this paper fixes 12 factors affecting lean production´s implementation after referring related papers and filed research. Then apply rough set to study the regular in lean production implementation and fix the relative weights of lean technology. The research result can help enterprises identify key technologies thus avoiding the risk of depending on experts severely, and also provide important reference for enterprises to arrange the procedure of enforcing lean production reasonably.
