  • Abstract
Knowledge-sharing is the most important sector of knowledge management. Traditional research on knowledge-sharing mechanism doesn´t resolve the fundamental problem affecting knowledge-sharing. Drawing on niche-theory of the ecology, this paper proposes a knowledge-sharing model basing on niche-theory. The core idea of the model is: as the starting point of knowledge preference, the model sets up knowledge-sharing mechanism, achieves the most optimal allocation of resources through knowledge ecosystem´s self-organization, achieves value maximization of knowledge resources, and eventually realizes a win-win situation for both enterprises and employees.
