Abstract :
Evaluation on innovative performance of high-tech industry in China will help to find and solve problems in innovation system of high-tech industries, and improve the operating efficiency of the innovation system. Based on the four basic elements as the technology monopolization factor, human resources factor, market efficiency factor and social motivation factor, this paper defined the performance evaluation system of innovation performance that impacted on high-tech industry, and analyzed empirically innovation performance of more than 20 provinces and cities region in China with SPSS15.0 software. The results showed that some districts had a weak technological exclusivity, the low efficiency of markets, lack of social power and unreasonable structure of human resources. In order to promote the development of high-tech industries in every region, this paper proposed policy implications on high-tech industry innovation performance from the four basic elements.
