Abstract :
This paper present development rule of high-tech industry on the view of relationship of innovation feature factors and profit with statistics data from National Bureau of Statistics by Dual-density Dependent model and Density Dependence Model. It was found that the R&D investment did not generate direct promotion for profit growth, new products development investment (NPDI) also showed a weak promotion for profit increasing, R&D investment and new products development investment promote to growth each other.
