Abstract :
Knowledge classification is a key step to establish enterprise knowledge bases. The business process oriented knowledge classification method is the most efficient way to integrate knowledge management and business process systems. The method is also oriented by knowledge application optimization. There are two phases, first of all, enterprise knowledge and business process pattern sets are expressed and built by meta-knowledge, then we search knowledge related to them by pattern match algorithms. Empirical works have proved this method is well-operated, and when enterprise meta-knowledge is precise enough, the accuracy of classification is well-acceptable in practice conditions.
