Abstract
Knowledge exists extensively in enterprise R&D process. It has a significant theoretical value to study the issue of knowledge management in R&D process. The characters of knowledge management in R&D process are analyzed, and then, R&D process, its knowledge activities and knowledge types are discussed; finally, a conceptual model of knowledge management system in R&D process is constructed from three dimensions for some corresponding evaluations in the paper.
