Abstract :
On the coming of the informational age and globalization, SMEs(Small and Medium Enterprises) must adopt electronic commerce to rebuild the traditional operational process of them to face the drastic market competition. With a view to SMEs, the necessity and probability of the E-commerce use in SMEs in details is presented in this paper. The importance of E-commerce for SME´s E-commerce is analyzed and strategy suited for China´s SMEs is brought forward either.
