Abstract :
In order to explore effective ways to improve the performance and ensure the success of BPR, the paper puts forward a conceptual model and 4 hypotheses describing the relationship between corporate culture and BPR. Factor analysis, correlation analysis, multiple linear regression, canonical correlation analysis and one-way ANOVA are as well as the SPSS13.0 statistical software is used to test the hypotheses. The relationship between BPR and corporate culture is concretely revealed; it preliminarily explored how contextual factors (for example, the size of the enterprise and who owns the enterprise) influence role which corporate culture plays in BPR. The result showed that four factors of corporate culture play a positive role in the success of BPR, various factors influence BPR differently, and there was a significant difference in the depth of implementing BPR among enterprises of different sizes.
