Abstract :
Technological learning is the most effective way for China manufacturing enterprises to learn advanced technology at home and abroad. Meanwhile, it is the best way to achieve more autonomic technological innovation and enhance the development competitiveness and sustainability. Product innovation performance can be positively affected by the knowledge source of technological learning, the content of technological learning, the subject of technological learning, the environment of technology learning, the technical capability, which are analyzed for the impact factors and the degree on the operable level, and the evaluation model of manufacturing technological learning and product innovation performance are established. In this text, the comprehensive evaluation ideas of structural equation model testing and osculating value method are put forward, and operable suggestion on improving product innovation are offered.
